I believe in being a strong and knowledgeable member of community and advocate for helping our clients understand why Allen and Collin County is the place to live, work and play.

The City of Allen and Fairview Leadership is a 10 month program that allows only a selected few applicants into the integral 10 month program.  In the program, students study the depths of what made Allen so successful.  We have delved in to the Economic Development Corporation, studied local business large and small, been educated on the Regional North Texas 20-50 years forecast, learned the history of our great city through the Allen Heritage guild and got to have a very interactive day involving a Simulated society and how we would build a city and be a member in the society we created.

It is life changing and is giving me the tools to be a better leader for my company, Janus Real Estate Group and the city which has helped make it so successful, Allen.
