PLEASE  NOTE:  An Applicant is anyone over the age of 18 who will be occupying the property or who will be acting as a non-occupied co-signer.

• Completely Filled out TAR Application & IABS form signed (attachment below)
• Completely Filled out Consent for Release of Information Prospective Tenant (attachment below)
• Screen Shot or Legible Scanned in Copy of Drivers License for All parties over 18
• Last 4 Paycheck stubs if W-2 Employee OR if Self Employed previous year's Tax Return and Last 3 Months of Bank Statements
• Optional: Letter of Explanation if you feel one is warranted

App fee is $50 per adult over 18 paid in a Cashiers Check or Money Order payable to Lease Listing Agent's Name
